Botnia's new Board of Directors

In Botnia's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 8 December 2009 Mikko Helander from M-real was appointed new member of the Board and Tapani Sointu from UPM-Kymmene as a deputy member.

The Board of Directors consists of the following persons as of 8 December 2009:
